Sometimes, your need for talent doesn't fit neatly into a prescribed box. All of your management positions are filled and your projects staffed, and yet you'd still like help with executive level challenges.

You may want outside perspective, unclouded by politics and your company's comfortable way of doing things. Or, you want someone who can challenge you, be a devil's advocate or simply help you gather your thoughts. And, sometimes, it is helpful just to have a sounding board; someone who has seen dozens of companies in similar situations; someone who can help you brainstorm.

In these scenarios, WWS works with clients in an advisory capacity. We carve out some prescribed amount of time per month (usually a few days) that clients can use as they see fit under a retainer relationship. Many times, advisory is the perfect transition from an interim management role, allowing us to continue to work with a client, but in a reduced capacity.
